These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this online store and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, browsing, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.
This store sells lighting products for self-installation. It is operated by {{ shop_name }}, which also separately offers professional installation services under a distinct agreement — these Terms govern only purchases made through this online store, not professionally installed jobs, which are governed by the terms provided at the time of that service agreement.
Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your province of residence, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order on this site.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in CAD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and limit order quantities at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, and will notify you and issue a full refund if this occurs.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order — it confirms only that we received it. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability, in which case you will be refunded in full for any amount charged.
Product Use & Self-Installation
Products sold through this store are commercial-grade outdoor lighting components intended for self-installation by the purchaser. You are responsible for:
- Following the manufacturer's instructions and any applicable electrical codes and local bylaws when installing these products;
- Using appropriate safety precautions when working at height, near electrical connections, or in wet conditions;
- Ensuring installation is performed by someone competent to do so, or engaging a qualified electrician or professional installer if unsure.
The 3-day repair guarantee and $2M liability insurance advertised for {{ shop_name }}'s professional installation service apply only to jobs installed by our crew, not to products purchased for self-installation through this store.
Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We attempt to describe and display products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colours, or other content on this site are error-free, complete, or current. Slight variations in bulb colour temperature or wire colour between production batches may occur.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of {{ shop_name }} or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
